Many of the old piers and installations that were very important along this side of the Carquinez Strait before the railroad bridges were built have been damaged by vandalism and fire. This fishing shack also suffered some fire damage and had a for sale sign on it.  It sits just East of the C&H Sugar Plant in Crockett, CA
